Wuush, so yah. No measurements and stuff this week. Mainly because I’ve been sick for about a week. After work on Saturday I got home and realized I had fever. That went on until Tuesday and only yesterday I was back to work again >u<;
Sicklyness and all seems to really be going around. (damn you autumn and coldness here at least). >3< oh wellll~ get well everyone else who is sick right now and I shall get back to action again tomorrow~(goal: to have some new numbers for next week’s update of this kind X’D)
So yah…didn’t get to mark my stuff up last week like I promised X’3 (actually..been a bit of a slacker…but I’ve been busy everywhere with everything X’D also I think I might be getting sick even more now >8I damness)
So, tried to eat right but it hasn’t been possible all the time so yah..doing the ebst I could considering circumstances~
Sporty stuff…well, been doing at least 20 sit-ups every evening (usually two kinds, so it’s about 30-40) and then occasional use of the exercise bike (will have to do more with that. I usually drive for 30 mins, so yah…just to get more of that per day)
I’ve jsut been so damn tired…ughh..autumn weather and rain really drains me out ughh….but no way will it make me stop this! arrr! just have to fight >u<;
but yah..now, measurements and an progress (well, I only marked weight back then pff)
weight: 71.2kg (156.6lbs) = -0.3kg (-0.7lbs)
chest: 88cm (34.5inch)
arm: 33.5cm (13inch)
waist: 64.2cm (32.9inch)
hips: 107cm (41.9inch)
thigh: 64.8cm (25.4inch)
ughh..finally they’re up, feeling awkward (XnX;;)…but I must do this now! arr! best way to do stuff is putting it public and work for it X’D
As the overall goal is a year away, I will need to make some smaller goals too in between…to keep the pace up. Hmm…well, one goal could be new years. That’s always a good motivator. Besides there’s a con a bit after that so that would be a good goal.
Ideally, I would get to somewhere like 65kg (143lbs), but I really have no grasp on what’s realistic and what not. ohwell..but i could always say that is mygoal and that’s where I’m at least trying at that. hah!
Also, I’ve taken a small step forward my portal gun X’D (really small) I’m making m own ‘mini sphere’ now and I bought plastic-mold and casting stuff so I will try that and see what methods I could us to the portal gun…if different molds and stuff work for that too~>u<~

Going to do this good. I want to try my hands on mold-making and actually making the parts out of molded plastic or something of that kind.

- also, think how to transport the device when going to con…could it be possible to taken to parts and then put back when in the right country. see this matter while making the gun. (definitely don’t want it to break while I travel!)

So yosh, it is time to start!~
Now this post is just the beginning to the workout and action I’m going to be moderating through this project to cosplay GLaDOS~ Probably a bit TL; DR, but just to have stuff up for myself and all at least~ (also feeling a bit weird, writing this all in public)
But yah so, I’ve had a workout blog (secretonewhops) before, but allready two times I have just left it be. I was doing it alone and I had no real goal except that I wanted to get healthy and get in shape. I know I have bad knees (runs in the family) and a risk to diabetes (aaalso runs in the family), so getting myself to shed a bit extra and learn to a bit healthier lifestyle is only good for me. Better self-esteem in cosplay is also
so yah…first, measurements:

I have already been on some kind of ‘getting fit’-thing from the beginning of the year (a bit earlier even) started from higher, then I got already a bit off, then in the beginning of summer it skyrocketed (with summer and travelling abroad) and now I’ve been watching it since I got back to my own country, my current weight being the one where I’ve gotten from back-at-home -weight of 73.6kg
From different places that I’ve checked, the ‘ideal weight’ for someone of my height, would be about 54kg (118 pounds). My plan to begin was 55kg, so I aim for that, then see where I go and what’s up.
But yah…Here’s my plan:
* move more. Some kind of exercise-kind-of-action at least 6 days a week (one day of rest like is advised). I have already been marked my moving and will be keeping it up in fitocracy.com (fun place to mark exercise, one gets levels and achievements~ %D)
* watch what I eat. I’ve managed to stay off candy at times for a long time (of course yesterday I had to blew it up by buying candy to movies). I try to eat less on one meal and try to eat something every 3-4 hours so I won’t be left with a feeling of hunger and binge when I get food in front of me. For about a week or two I’ve been already tried to eat less carbohydrates and it’s made me feel better actually. IDK if I’m going to tart counting calories again, but if I do, I try to keep in about 1200-1300cal a day. ugh, have to see.
- try to drink the 8 glasses of water a day. (will be difficult for a person like me who doesn’t really ever get thirsty or remember to drink x’D)
- 500g of fruits/veggies/greens a day. good snacks and food
- NO sodas, candies, etcetc. I can indulge myself with a bit of some of these at times. just to not fall into stuffing my face with some someday.
- actually eat lunch at work and not skip it like usual (and lunch should be home-made, no stupid store-bought-microwave-foodies)
Yush…maybe that’s enough for this post. I’ll measure & go on scale once a week and mark stuff here. (because the weight varies during a week and just to not get myself down when it jumps during weeks)

Hahaha that really sounds ominous and serious. Well…anyway XD Let me start. So, hello all, and welcome to this little tumblr for this mission of mine.
First of all, let me give credit where credit is due. This whole thing started with my friend telling me and showing me a link to a tumblr called Operation Cosplay Chell (fabulous and inspiring blog, see it~) and said friend a bit later opening Operation Cosplay Wheatley (who I’m doing this with now).
Yes, this thing here is completely a follow-up, inspired and my own way of doing the same than these two are now doing. <3
So the main goal of this blog here is to keep up with a project for a cosplay. (or ‘cosplays’). As in August next year I will be attenting a big con in another country in which my plans are to cosplay, on different days, GLaDOS’ human form and Chell, from Portal 2 (I like the second game’s design better, that’s why)
This project/mission/operation includes coming up with design (for the human form fo GLaDOS, who will now be my ‘mainproject’), get the outfits and make the props. Also, at the same time this will work as my ‘getting in shape’-blog. As I really do need to shed some pounds for these cosplays to feel comfortable and fit the roles. It’s also a step I’ve tried to take many times with getting to healthier lifestyle. This time I think I have a good ground to it all~
So yes, this blog here will include all that~ process of me and my cosplay-projects, outfits and props~ I’ll post more about goals and stuff I need to this all later, so let this just be a ‘hello all’-post that will be followed up with everything else later.~ :3
